A program is usually run under the UID of the person who executes it (emacs, gcc, vi) except those that need to do special things (passwd, chsh) that are run as setUID root.
程序通常在執(zhí)行該程序（emacs, gcc, vi)的用戶UID下運(yùn)行，除非該程序需要通過設(shè)置根用戶UID（即SetUID）來運(yùn)行一些特定的任務(wù)（passwd, chsh）。
Possibly it is not SetUID root.
可能該程序未被 SetUID root。
Oracle utilizes shared memory segments to perform its interprocess communication, and unless the oracle processes run as setuid oracle,they will be unable to attach to Oracle's shared memory segments.
