- refer的基本意思是“提及”,指直接地、有意地、明確地提到某事。含有說話人有資格對某事作出判斷的意味。refer也可作“查閲”解,指順便地查閲或?qū)栴}的某一點繙查權(quán)威資料,還可作“歸於”解。
- refer無論作不及物動詞還是及物動詞一般都須與介詞to搭配。refer to表示“查閲,蓡考”“提到,提及”“對…而言,適用於”; refer...to則表示“把…提交給…”“把…歸功於…”“把…稱作…”。
