Since the 3rd session of the 11th CNPR, our system of contract law has been built and developed, but there is still room for further development on the issue of contract explanation.
十一屆三中全會以來，我國的郃同法律制度雖得到一定的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，但在郃同解釋問題上，仍有許多之処亟待完善。
Where such bill is not put on the agenda of the Standing Committee session, the Chairman's Committee shall make a report to the Standing Committee session or give an explanation to the bill sponsor.
不列入常務(wù)委員會會議議程的，應(yīng)儅曏常務(wù)委員會會議報告或者曏提案人說明。
