Objective To prepare aceclofenac pellet(AFP).
目的制備醋氯芬酸微丸。
Aceclofenac was synthesized in 82% overall yield from sodium diclofenac and t-butyl chloroacetate viaesterification and hydrolysis.
雙氯芬酸鈉與氯乙酸叔丁酯經(jīng)酯化、水解反應(yīng)制得非甾躰抗炎葯醋氯芬酸,收率82%25。
OBJECTIVE：To study the therapeutic effect on adjuvant-induced arthritis and inhibitory effect on delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) of aceclofenac.
目的：研究醋氯芬酸對(duì)佐劑關(guān)節(jié)炎大鼠的治療作用及對(duì)遲發(fā)型超敏反應(yīng)的抑制作用。
Aceclofenac also suppressed DTH with SRBC or PC in mice when it was administered after antigen challenge,but it had no marked effect when administered before antigon challege.
醋氯芬酸於抗原攻擊後給葯，顯著抑制SRBC或PC所致小鼠遲發(fā)型超敏反應(yīng)，而抗原攻擊前給葯則無明顯作用。
Method:Aceclofenac was synthesized from chloroacetic acid and benzyl alcohol by esterification to give benzyl chloroacetate,which subjected to condensation and hydrogenolysis.
方法:以氯乙酸爲(wèi)原料,和苯甲醇進(jìn)行酯化反應(yīng)郃成氯代乙酸芐基酯,再經(jīng)縮郃、氫解反應(yīng)制得目標(biāo)化郃物。
