方法收集臨床有視力下降、視野缺損等癥狀39例,行CT及MRI掃描。
Objective To analyse the main causes of the hypopsia following cataract surgery in the senile patients with age over 60.
目的分析60歲以上老年人白內(nèi)障術(shù)后低視力的主要原因。
In the evening injection,the xerostomia were avoided,the influence of hypopsia was remitted,and the sleep quality was improved by remission of urine retention.
而晚間用藥可避免患者口干、減輕視物模糊,緩解尿潴留引起的不適感并提高睡眠質(zhì)量。
Results There were 10 patients who underwent plastic and aesthetic surgery had developed severe complications which included blindness in 5 cases and hypopsia in another 5 cases.
結(jié)果10例行眼瞼及眶周整形美容手術(shù)的患者發(fā)生了視力下降或失明的嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥。其中5例失明,5例視力下降。
Conclusion The hypopsia after cataract surgery in the senile patients aged over 60 were mainly caused by keratopaphy, optic nerve atrophy and macularpathy of high myopia.
結(jié)論角膜病變、視神經(jīng)萎縮及高度近視黃斑病變是導(dǎo)致60歲以上老年人白內(nèi)障術(shù)后低視力的主要原因。
