Among different parts explants,such as leaves,cotyledons,and embryonic axis, embryonic axis had the highest induced rate as 76.67%. Immerged by bacteriumand 20 minutes and co-cultured with agrobacterium rhizogenes for 3 days had the highest inducing rate(80%,73%).
實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:利用無菌苗的子葉、真葉以及胚軸進(jìn)行遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化,胚軸的轉(zhuǎn)化率最高,可達(dá)到76.67%;浸染20min,共培養(yǎng)3d,誘導(dǎo)率最高,分別為為80%、73%。
