Objective To explore the technique,efficacy and complications of external sphincterotomy with Holmium laser for the treatment of detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia (DSD).
目的探討鈥激光外括約肌切開術治療逼尿肌-外括約肌協(xié)同失調(DSD)的技術方法、療效和并發(fā)癥。
Results Fourteen patients with bladder outlet obstruction,sixteen patient with detrusor weak contractility,one patient with paeudo-dysuria and one patient with detrusor urethral sphincter dyssynergia.
結果14例患者為膀胱出口梗阻,16例為逼尿肌收縮乏力,1例為假性排尿困難,1例為逼尿肌括約肌協(xié)同失調。
